Lebanon Special School District

Moving to a new home and community is exciting, but enrolling school-age children can sometimes feel overwhelming. The New Residents’ Guide is here to help families understand the enrollment process.

Lebanon Special School District serves eligible students in Pre-K through eighth grade who reside within the district’s boundaries. Students entering grades nine through 12 must enroll through Wilson County Schools.

Enrollment and Registration

Finding your child’s school is based on your home address. Use the LSSD School Zone location HERE to enter your address to determine which school your child is zoned to attend.
Begin Online Enrollment through Skyward, the district’s student information system – create a new enrollment account and check email for enrollment link.

Pre-K Programs

LSSD offers Pre-K programs at its elementary schools. Children must meet the district’s age, residency, and eligibility requirements to participate.

Health and Enrollment Requirements

Before beginning the online enrollment process, parents and guardians should prepare the following documents:

A certified birth certificate or another official record of birth
A Tennessee Department of Health Certificate of Immunization
Current custody documentation, if the child’s parents are divorced, separated, or unmarried
Students entering seventh grade must provide proof of Tdap and Varicella or chicken pox boosters.
Two acceptable proofs of residency
