Moving to a new home—whether across town or across the country—is both exciting and overwhelming. As the owner and publisher of The New Residents’ Guide and website and someone who has moved several times with her family, Linda Eaves, owner/publisher completely understands the challenges of moving to a new community.
She and her staff knows how tough it can be to find trusted local businesses and services. Plus, the tasks are endless when moving, including packing and unpacking boxes, enrolling kids in school, starting a new job, finding your way around a new community, and seeking ways to connect with new friends.
That’s why Linda created The New Residents’ Guide and website. The print and digital Guides along with the comprehensive website, provide useful tips for getting settled, articles about organized sports, parks, and city services, plus connections to local businesses throughout the cities and towns of Williamson, Maury, Rutherford, and Wilson Counties—all here in Middle Tennessee. You’ve chosen a wonderful place to live—welcome home!
Linda grew up in Knoxville, TN, graduated from MTSU, and now lives in Nolensville with her husband and Buddy (the dog). A mom of two grown children, she and her family have lived in Texas, Arkansas, and Kansas. She's very happy to be back home in Tennessee.
